Still alive!

18 April, 2009 (20:14) | Uncategorized | By: Butch

Just wanted to let you all know that I’m still alive here… I’ve got a number of projects going right now, and I’ve had the chance to create some really fun maps lately, particularly for the guys over at Tricky Owlbear. I’ve also been putting a lot of time into improving my own artwork as well as writing some cool new M&M Superlink material that I’m really looking forward to releasing!

In the mean time, I’d just like to say thank you to all of you who, even after all this time, continue to subscribe to and comment on my Fantasy Cartography podcasts. Hardly a day goes by that I don’t get an email or a comment on them. Thanks so much for all your support!

Hi Butch
First off, thanks for your designs and PS tips. I have produced several maps using your tutorials that have been very successful.
I am keen to see the Fantasy Cartographer book or PDF download. Is this still happening?
I understand that life gets in the way of such things, but none the less look forward to seeing it.
Please keep up the excellent work.

Kind Regards

Lawrence

Hi Lawrence! I’m glad to hear that you’ve been able to put my tips to good use… If you’ve got any of them online don’t be afraid to come back and post some links to them here! Unfortunately, the future of the Cartography book is still up in the air right now, but I will certainly post more information about it when I have some to give.

Thanks Pauline! Heck, I’ve been using Photoshop since around version 3.0, and I still find new ways to do things all the time. :-)
